The registration for admission to Pre School class for the session 2017-18 will remain open from
02nd January 2017  to 31st January 2017.
Kindly read the Instructions given below very carefully :
1.  Age of the child as on 31-03-2017 should be from 3 years to 4 years (i.e. born between 01.04.2013 and 31.03.2014).
2.  Read the Instructions given in the form carefully before filling the form to avoid rejection.
3.  Kindly furnish the details of DD/PO/Online transaction of Rs.25/-(NON REFUNDABLE) towards Registration Fee in the ONLINE FORM in the relevant column.
4.  Please provide atleast one phone number of both ( Father and Mother ) in the column(s) provided for future communication.
5.  After submission, take a print out of the pdf file, for which link is provided(as well as emailed to you). Ensure that it is duly signed. Send it by post/drop it in the appropriate drop box(according to your category) latest by 23rd January 2017 at Pusa Road Campus. Attach the Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs.25/- (towards Registration Fee) in favour of BAL BHARATI PUBLIC SCHOOL, if the payment towards Registration fee is not made online. .
6. Please ensure that the Father's Name, Child's Name and the Registration number are also mentioned at the back of the DD/PO.
7.  Any DD/PO received after 31st January 2017  will not be entertained. School will not be responsible for any loss of DD/PO sent by post.
8.  Fee for the current session (2016-17) can be viewed under guidelines for parents in the Parents Zone tab on the school website ( For session 2017-18 fee structure is yet to be decided.
9.  If points are claimed for First Born category and the child gets selected for admission, an affidavit in this regard has to be submitted.
10.  Parents aspiring admission of their wards are advised to obtain Aadhar Card no. of the child, as the same will be required at the time of admission ,if selected.
11.  Alumni Registration :
a) Before starting registration under Alumni Category, please keep your active Alumni ID ready with yourself, else apply at and get the same ( active membership ID ), which is necessary for getting benefit of Alumni Category.
b) Alumni Helpdesk will be set up at Pusa Road Campus on 9, 14 & 21 January 2017 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, for completion of relevant formalities.
c) For Alumni benefit- Minimum 5-year stay in school and class X or XII from the school (BBPSGR/PR campus) is a must.
